At the Bradford Group, we’re on a constant quest for the innovative, the beautiful, the authentic, and the original. Products made and sourced with care and creativity and pride. Products with a story. Products that reflect and inspire passion and resonance. Whether our customers are looking for affordable or luxury gifts, we make the exceptional and we make them obtainable. Most of our merchandise is exclusive and cannot be found anywhere else. That’s because the Bradford Group has relationships with renowned vendors, artists, designers, and licensors and we have original designs and patents, all of which allows us to deliver the extraordinary. We are dedicated to learning and finding ways to serve our customers better.
The Bradford Group has diligently strived to earn its reputation and our relationships with our vendors and business partners are long-standing. Each one of our outstanding brands is well-established and has been around for decades. In today’s world, this type of longevity is scarce and hard to come by.
Our long-standing commitments extend beyond our business partnerships and onto our customers at a time of shorter and stingier product warranties and stricter return policies, The Bradford Group is willing to go the extra mile to keep our customers happy. Each of our brands offers generous unconditional satisfaction and return guarantees and we put our pledge in writing, without loopholes or fine print. This is why the Bradford brands have been long recognized as the trusted market leaders of exceptional gifts and authentic offerings.
What’s it like to work at the Bradford Group? You could ask that question to any number of the many owner-employees who have built their careers here for 15, 20, 30, even 40 years! That longevity alone speaks volumes about the culture we strive to maintain, one built on being inclusive, open, and rewarding. At the same time, it’s energetic and engaging, challenging our owner-employees to tap into their wide-ranging expertise to build a better future together. From our open offices and babbling brooks to our light-filled atrium that rivals any conservatory for its abundance of plant life, you’ll be inspired by the surroundings as much as the people you work with side by side.
We take our work seriously but not ourselves, in addition to an onsite gym and creative workspace at our headquarters, our employees enjoy a sense of community and have the opportunity to express their creativity through company events such as: Boo Fest, Harvest Fest, Summer Outings, Holly Jolly Week, Annual Holiday Parties, Volunteer Opportunities and Peer Networking Events!
When you join The Bradford Group, whether in an entry-level position or as the next phase of your advancing career, you do so not simply as an employee, but as an owner of the company. We are wholly owned by our employees under an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Thus, our employees benefit not only as employees of our enterprise, but they share in the wealth we create together. We believe there is immeasurable value in ownership, far beyond the personal financial aspect that you will begin building very quickly. Ownership is all about pride, caring, dedication, stewardship. These and other guiding principles that you bring to work every day play a vital role in the success which every owner ultimately shares. Plain and simple, with ownership comes a strong sense of pride in everyone, every day!
We are proud to have been awarded the Energy Star Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for our efforts to maintain an energy-efficient workplace, at our headquarters in Chicago. This creative workspace has also won numerous awards for its free-flowing architectural design, featuring indoor tents, tropical gardens, and over 170,000 sq feet of lush greenery, waterfalls, brooks, fountains, balm, bamboo and ficus trees.
To further our part for the environment we moved away from individual plastic water bottles to reusable 'Bradford Group' tumblers for all employees. We have an extensive company-wide recycling program- bring in plastic bags, paper, cosmetics, etc., to do more for our planet.
